The Brookins team has helped us out when we moved to our home. They helped on the sell of our vacation home. Recently sold our home when moving to a new location. I recently relocated from California to Miami, and a mutual acquaintance referred me to Morgan to assist with finding a place. It was probably the best thing that could have happened. The Miami real estate market is extremely active right now with many people relocating from the northeast and other areas. For the first time in a long while i was looking for a rental. I have bought and sold several homes over the years but since I was unsure about the exact area I want to live in, I decided on a rental while I learn about Miami. From the get-go Morgan was extremely responsive and proactive. He gave me a great overview of the better places/areas to live and his knowledge of the Miami area is amazing especially since he has only recently moved here. He was also far more responsive and proactive than any of the other real estate agents I encountered during the process. Overall Morgan is probably the best agent I have ever dealt with and I highly, highly recommend him.

I can’t recommend Morgan strongly enough. He is the definition of a “people person”. He has a natural gift of balancing knowledge and professionalism with his humor and wit to make what should be a really stressful process into something that’s a lot of fun and truly enjoyable. When it comes to the negotiation portion, there is no one better to have on your side of the table. He’s aggressive in fighting for what’s best for his clients, but he’s able to present it in a package that comes across as a true win-win for all parties involved.
