Joe Jennings is the BEST!!!! There isn't anything he can't do. If you have the stress of a rental property with bad tenants, Joe is your guy. Even if you have great tenants, he keeps everything professional and is on top of any of his properties like their his own. Also, he gets the job done, and fast!!!! Joe was my property manager for more than 2 years. I was impressed how quickly Joe was able to secure good tenants (less than 1 month) and ensuring that they take care of my property while living in it.
