Jay was referred to me by a neighbor—and I’m so glad she did. He responded to my call right away, we met to iron the details, including the listing price and timeline. He took great pics. We listed my townhome on a Friday and by the time the weekend was over, we had several offers. Jay helped me pick the best fit. We completed the sale in less than a month.
What I appreciate the most about Jay is his style. He’s no-nonsens. I work, I’m busy, and was dreading the process. I just wanted someone to take charge, tell me what I needed to do, and get things done. He advised me on what I needed to do (and what was a waste of time) in order to sell my place fast and for the best price.
