DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, and DISGRACEFUL. One of the agents her name is Lara, she asked me on Friday that I need a state ID to schedule a viewing and applying for a property. So this morning I went to get my ID at 8am in the morning so that I can do the tour. Lara scheduled me for a tour at 5pm. I drove there, but the office was closed, no one picked up my calls or email. I stayed there for 30 minutes waiting for the agent to show up. Very disrespectful, Lara. But at least I know before paying a single dime for them. GOOD JOB. now pay my gas please

Never in a million years have I’ve gotten so much disrespect and lack of attention from one company! From the moment I moved I payed my deposit did my walk through! Everything started great besides my requests of cleaning the carpet before I moved in to be ignored and never to be done. Ice maker never worked, stove was falling apart, shower head was rusted along with a piece in sink. All things I noted on my walk through, which I never received a copy of that. So upon me moving out I cleaned the apartment vigorously. Only to wait a month an a half for my deposit check to be reduced by 1600. Since when do rental agents charge and deduct for paint ? Or touch ups to the sum of 1100 dollars. Mind you I never recieved I walk through paper from move in or move out . Nor did I get a notice that I would be getting money taking away! No call , email , letter anything but they emailed me to show the apartment as well as leased it even before refunding me! The new tenant told me they wouldn’t move in without carpet done on stairs! I believe they took my money for a future tenant! I would have never knew this if I didn’t come to the office only to find out they sent it to the old address a month & half after me moving! They are a joke I’m in process of gathering legal representation as well as reaching out to the news ! I’m can’t be the first!!! But I won’t hush after they took more than 60 percent of my deposit no call no explanation, and no receipts or pics was shown to me . This is bad business

Have really bad experience with agent Jack Rojas and this agency. Made an offer for the listing they had. Never got an answer, email or phone call. Trying to contact them for over two weeks. Unprofessional! Starting to believe that the listings don’t even exist. Don’t waste your time with them. Really disappointing and waste of time!

This company is trash. First they don't even speak English. As property managers, they promise a bunch if things on your lease, and don't deliver. We were told we'd have a pool, laundry facility what you would expect anywhere, CLEAN WATER! When none if this was delivered. Their form of problem solving was sending an email, but never adjusted our rent or really provided any solution at all. And now, WE HAVENT GOTTEN OUR $2400 DEPOSIT BACK! BEWARE!!! Don't waste your time with these people. A total headache.

I have bad experience with this company and real estate agent Jack Rojas. Was interesting to make an offer for one of the property listed and agent simply ignored any phone calls, emails, text messages. Absolutely unprofessional and in violation of etical behavior. The company management is grossly mismanaged and there noone to answer the phone call or call you back! Stay away . Too sleezy to deal with with any of your real estate needs.
