Top notch group. My grandmother had left a Florida condo behind after she passed that was very clean but admittedly required updating. I had no time to manage such work being in MN and trust beneficiaries were waiting in the wings to receive distributions. Many private offers were low ball attempts in the hopes to get me to "jump at the cash". I contacted this investor group and 2 others. This group (more specifically Chris Lupo) was prepared to do business, and returned a respectful offer worth considering in about an hour (and at the close of the business day no less) with no other horsing around (and ABOVE the calculated target price I had shared with them) . When the HOA became troublesome during the process---and was even being suspected of attempting to interfere with an investor purchasing the property--they hung right with the transaction and saw it through to the end (which came 2 months later as a result of the HOA's horsing around). This group openly admitted they had never dealt with an HOA as difficult as this one, and I was developing concerns the trust might have to take legal action. Chris' communication was excellent through the entire process and he even worked with the legal representation of the trust to coordinate activities. This is the 2nd successful transaction I have had with an investor firm selling a property that required attention I didn't have time to provide. I HIGHLY recommend this group to any and all--they stand by their word and show a tenacity to complete a difficult deal that I would suspect is unmatched any where else. The agency, and their title company deserve the highest commendations in seeing this transaction through (across 1800 miles) in a very professional manner.
