Paul is a consummate professional. He did a great job showing our condo. Thanks to his pictures it showed very well. His expertise of the area was extremely helpful when putting the condo on the market. As out of towners it was important for us to have someone that could stay on top of things and he did. When it was time for the closing he did a great job making sure that all details were covered. What could have been a stressful situation for us turned out to be easy. We really appreciated all his help. We highly recommend him!

This makes the 3rd closing I have had with Paul. I feel like there will be more in my future. The first day my house was on the market, he showed it 3 times and that was all it took. The house sold very quick. He advised me on a selling price for more then I was going to ask and it sold for that price.If you are in the market to buy or sale take my advise and use Paul Slutsky. He is an amazing realtor and a great friend that will only have your best interest in his hands.

Paul is amazing. After a horrific experience with another well known realtor in Fort Lauderdale, Paul (who has been a personal friend for many years) stepped in with help and advice, even though it looked like I was about to close on a home through the other realtor. When suddenly (my good fortune) that deal did not go through, I immediately went to Paul who began hunting for my next perfect home. Paul held my hand through every aspect of the transaction, giving me advice, fighting on my behalf, and truly acted as my advocate through the whole process.
