Buyer Beware! I worked with Janet Benzvi who could not tell the truth if her life depended on it! Multiple misrepresentations, fraud, collusion! She will promise you a percentage of commission and then not give it! She will promise you that she can sell the property your buying to someone else at a profit and then tell you she lost the buyer, she will tell your mortgage company lies to try tricking them and she will also lie to your closing attorney if given the chance! I appealed to Sothebys to help recover some of the monies their broker cost me. Given the Sotheby's reputation I hope they will step up to resolve otherwise have to file in district court to recover lost monies due to their broker.
