Working with Michael was fantastic!! He knows the market well in this area. Best part of working with him is his dedication to his clients. He was always quick to respond to messages and would quickly line up appointments for showings and get us in ASAP so we could get an offer in if interested in the property. If something is priced right around here you have to jump on it with no delays. From the start of retaining him up through closing he was on top of what was going on. He checked in on us after the closing too!! Definitely recommend him and will be using him again for all our real estate needs.
