As first time home buyers starting a home buying transaction is always so scary. You never really know where to start and what steps to take to start the search for the home that fits the needs of your family, how to get a loan and all the different steps that need to be taken to bring a closing into completion. Miami Wave Realty held our hand through every step of the way and throughout the entire process they made us feel important and we felt as if we had their undivided attention. They really listened to our needs, explained every step and were careful to show us homes within the budget that we established together from the beginning to avoid any disappointments. We truly appreciated that they really allowed us to take our time to find the best property for our family without ever feeling rushed or pressured. They have a great network of business partners that they’ve been working with for a long time so even the loan process was uncomplicated but most importantly we felt protected and well taken care of at all times, they truly had our best interest at heart. We are so grateful to Miami Wave Realty for helping us buy our first home and we can’t wait to have them help us buy a second property as an investment.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They will steal your money! We had an issue with the apartment we rented from them. They kept telling us promises, we renovated the lease based on their promises but they were all lies. After 6 months of fighting with them we decided to leave, they agreed to give us our money back but again they were lying and finding excuses. WORST SERVICE WORST COMMUNICATION Do not work with them.
