It is Interesting that Reviews are not accepted for this page. I would not recommend this company. After coming to an agreement on amended sales price (after an original agreement on price), the company called and left a voicemail that they were canceling their purchase due to the ever changing market and the only way they could continue was to cut the offer by an additional $50,000. This was just one week before closing. We worked with one young man who made the initial offer and according to him, his asset team is who kept cutting the offer. Seemed like nice people. Do your diligence and look for honest reviews not left by employees.

I have personally used Meridian Trust with two separate Florida homes spanning from 2020 and again in 2022. Both times I worked exclusively with Andrew Brakha - Acquisition Agent. Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable. He responded to every question I had regarding contracting, title information, deeds, existing mortgages, etc. He was 100% accurate and always had quick response times. I was so impressed with the first home, that i used him again just recently June, 2022. Andrew and the Meridian Trust team made this entire journey easy and pain-free.

These people are predators. After telling them to stop mailings and contact they continue to mail regardless. Anyone, seniors citizens alike, beware once they get your address they will spam you forever. I contacted the better business bureau who did nothing as well as the attorney general office and nothing stops these people. They find all ways to send mail even disguising it as important mail. It’s clear that their mindset is harassment with no thought or care of the human being. It’s also a waste of your time calling them to have your address removed. They are liars. Several reviewers have written the same thing about them. It’s really sad that people like this are like this.

STAY AWAY!!! These guys do not do what they say they will and can't be trusted. I was given a price for my home by Chris, followed by that offer in writing. I signed the offer (LOI) and then, they came back and said they wouldn't honor it, saying there was a "mistake" in the numbers. Then they proceeded to offer me a lower price than what was listed on the contract! SHADY

We've been in the business of buying and selling residential RE for several decades. This was the smoothest sale ever. Jason did what was promised as and when promised. The closing agent did a great job too.
