I also outline sales prices for waterfront homes in The Landings & Lake Estates by bedroom – 2 bedroom homes, 3 bedroom homes and 4 bedroom homes, 5 bedroom homes and 6 bedroom homes.

Following this are all the sales for the The Landings & Lake Estates for last 6 months.

The Landings / Lake Estates Sales Summary Last 6 Months

There have been 20 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the Last 6 Months – down ever so slightly from the 29 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the preceding 6 Months as in our last post for January 2022 / February 2022!

Our market analysis report for these 20 sales is presented below:

We can see from this report that the average sales price for one of the 20 Waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lake Estates over the last 6 months has  been $2,162,000 – this being for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home of 2973 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $718.00

We can also see from this report that the median sales price for one of the 20 Waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lake Estates over the last 6 months has  been $1,927,500 – this being for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home of 2624 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $707.00

Note: all of the 20 waterfront homes sold – have been waterfront pool homes.
