Karla is an amazing real estate agent! She helped us buying a good oceanfront condo in Hallandale Beach. Karla managed to negotiate a price that was $20,000 less than asking price. She was always very helpful and supportive of us. She immediately answered all our questions, She answered all emails and messages very quickly. She was navigating us through the process and with her help we were able to close the deal on time. Also we would like to mention her agent Armando. He was always very helpful. I cannot express enough how thankful I am! Huge thanks to Karla and her team! As a New Yorker trying to buy a condo remotely and as a first time buyer trying to purchase a property at tuff seller's market it would not have happened for me if it would not be Karla! Karla was there from the beginning stage where I first sent my contact info on Zillow and to the closing. Karla did tremendous work preparing documents, negotiating with the seller who was not open for negotiation at all, extending the contract in time, communicating with HOA, bank, seller, helping with aprising and inspection, helping with HOA interview and application and providing best recommendations when there were obstacles in the process.
