My name is Matan. I have been investing in Florida for the past 12 years. I worked with a number of asset managers until I got to gala. Things are going in order. I speak directly with the accounting department. They work with an organized web system that allows you to see all the relevant things in the system such as - expenses. Income leases, etc. I also got to work with agents to find investment properties. They found me good assets that have stayed with me to this day.
