My husband and I were in the process of building a new home and our builder finished earlier than we were expecting. We were still living in our Plantation home and had to sell quickly. It was the height of Covid-19 and I was quite weary. Claudio and Robyn obtained pre-approved buyers before any appointments were made. Claudio took fabulous photography and videos which were placed on social media, the best! Our house sold in one week. The unconditional professionalism and communication throughout the process was a breeze. Never worried about any of the processes. Thank you immensely Claudio and Robyn. Highly recommend this dynamic duo! They went above and beyond to help us find an outstanding property. We live in NYC and the property is in So Florida, they went out of the way to do facetime videos, walk throughs and so much more. What everyone needs in an agent is honestly and integrity, they have this in abundance. In addition to those qualities, they are lots of fun and great negotiators.
