We should have done more research on this company before giving them our money. We contacted a woman named Leona, an agent with Exit Realty, re a property on Zillow.
After a couple of days texting back-and-forth, receiving timely responses, and confirming the agency and licence of Leona, we signed a contract and wired our money directly to Leona via her personal account as requested.
Once she received our thousands of dollars, she went dark and won't answer our texts or emails re completing the deal. No one else at Exit has contacted us to resolve the issue.
Our company is in the process of filing complaints with the Attorney General and FREC.
