Too much to say about Audrey and her team. One of the first things she said was "trust me and follow my lead". Thats exactly what we did to get our perfect house. The Benassi Group is AMAZING! Audrey and her team work tirelessly to move the property that you have entrusted to their expertise. From their realistic assessment of the value of the property, what it will take in terms of the right price, to dealing with condo associations that are no less then authoritarian, and to negotiating the best solutions for problem properties which allow everyone to walk away satisfied that they each got what they wanted from the sale. Her connections with tradesmen in various specialties allow quick resolutions to those unexpected, and often last minute snags, which can hold up or kill sales, and keeps things on track. If there were more than five stars available to rate my experiences with Audrey and the Benassi Group I would do so. I can't imagine that a better team or group exists than the Benassi Group. My home sale was far from simple and yet my house was listed, properly inspected and sold without delay. The closing was done remotely because I was out of the country at the time of the closing. Negotiations were required because of some complications uncovered in the home inspection. My house has polybutylene pipes that needed to be replaced. Title trust documents were missing and since I was not able to return home, Audrey and her team went out to visit county court houses to recover needed documents. Some additional pest control was also required. Audrey worked closely with the buyer and the buyer's Agent to resolve these issues to everyone's satisfaction. I was made ready for the remote closing which was completed without incident due to the excellent preparation I received. Audrey consistently worked through every issue, challenge, and document like I was the most important client ever... I think Audrey is the best Real Estate Agent I have ever worked with... best ever and I am not exaggerating.
