He took that into consideration while the offers came in and help me pick the very best one based on the buyers capability to take on a project. He got me the number that I needed and it was a smooth transition to the finish line. It was also helpful because Adam owns multi family property he told me he runs a dozen Airbnb‘s and understands how to position the property to get the best price.
I then contacted him again about a house I was selling which was in the same predicament. He brought me a cash offer and a smooth closing I highly recommend Adam as he’s diligent and felt he has my best interest at heart! I would not hesitate to refer him for sure.
